THREE THINGS TO DO:
1) Immediately, email the sample letter, or your own “Dear President” letter. The talking points below may give you some ideas to present in your personal letter. Send all letters to spacetreaty@gmail.com with your name and contact information. We will include your letter in a package of information that will be given to country presidents. (Your name and contact information will not be distributed to any lists.)
2) Go to http://funds.gofundme.com/Peace-in-Space-Treaty for more information, including about the Treaty signing and the World Tour and Documentary. We are counting on you, on every single person to help fund an actual trip to meet with the presidents, film the presidents and prime ministers signing this Treaty and giving their messages to all world citizens, in what we anticipate will be an international award winning documentary. With your permission, YOU will be listed as a CO-PRODUCER, no matter how much you contribute!
3) Distribute copies of the Treaty to media and network it around the world as part of a grassroots Call to Action to get this Treaty signed into law that bans ALL space-based weapons forever and acknowledges the peaceful existence of Cosmic Cultures.
SOME TALKING POINTS:
While the Outer Space Security and Development Treaty of 2011 tells the whole story of what this Treaty will do, below are some additional thoughts that may help you write a personal letter or speak about the Treaty:
A) WE, the people, are inviting all U.N. Member country presidents and/or Prime Ministers to be among the first NINE who will sign and ratify the Outer Space Security and Development Treaty of 2011 that will ban ALL space-based weapons. This Treaty shows how to transform the war industry and mindset into a space industry and into other industries that will provide unlimited benefits and opportunities for all on our planet at this critical time in human history when irreversible decisions are being made that will impact every issue and all sacred life, and more.
*This Treaty is verifiable and enforceable. Technology and joint international on-going ventures in space have made it possible to know what each other is doing now.
*Every element described in this Treaty is technologically, economically, politically, psychologically, and socially feasible.
*This Treaty puts a literal cap, a lid on the space-based weapons industry while showing how industry can transform itself in ways that will free brains and budgets to create the reality we want and need on our planet.
B) Because this Treaty will become law, we will be able to invite the Cosmic Cultures to safely visit our planet.
*There is massive proof that Cosmic Cultures exist: They have evolved and have proven by displaying what they can do, that none of them are hostile. There is nothing to fear as these beings are not an enemy. (We are still here!)
*When they are invited to visit us safely, the Cosmic Cultures can and will provide information about REAL solutions to many urgent and potential problems of human needs, energy, and our environment, and will show us the truth about who we really are in the universes.
*NOW is the time for each world leader to create a vision for solutions to urgent and potential problems, and to create a new stimulated peacetime economy that will provide more jobs and profits than during any hot or cold wartime, mandated no longer to advance weaponry and wars, but now to directly help solve urgent situations as humans evolve into the higher consciousness of the Space Age.
* By banning all space-BASED weapons, world leaders can and will create a strong security system based on cooperative ventures and collaborative information sharing that will build better understandings, instead of continuing unhealthy competition, intentions to dominate and control, with more secrets, lies, corruption and confrontation. This ban of space-based weapons will cause real change to occur.
*This is the first Treaty in history that officially acknowledges Indigenous Cultures and Cultures, both of whom are “Parties” to this Treaty. The U.N. Nation State presidents and/or prime ministers are the Signatories, who will be recorded in history as the most awake and wise, heartfelt and courageous leaders of our time.
*We only need NINE world leaders to sign and ratify this Treaty to law! It is the intelligent, sane responsibility of every president and prime minister on this planet to sign and ratify this Treaty. Who will the first NINE presidents be who will be honored through all of future history?
*This is the only moment in history when space-based weapons can be banned, before an irreversible momentum of funding and vested interests make weapons based in the space above all our heads, and the horrific consequences of such a system, impossible to stop.
*This is the time for the change: The time to raise the frequency on this planet, to heal the suffering and stop the wars, to rise above and beyond the past and to move into a better way of life in the present and into the most beautiful future one can imagine, for all.
*We, millions of us, now call on every world president and prime minister to stand courageously in our spiritual light, no matter what our religious or any belief system may be, to drop our fears of each other, and to take this step with hearts and brains, immediately, to sign and ratify the Outer Space Security and Development Treaty of 2011. The consequences of not signing this Treaty are incalculable. Now is the only time in all of history when this can be accomplished.
*Now is the time for all designated Signatories to Treaties, to all world presidents and prime ministers, for these connections to ancients and original Indigenous Cultures, to all life on this garden planet, and to all who live in universes, which are filled with neighbors who have proven to have evolved to a higher frequency of consciousness where there is no hostility towards earth to fear, to accept their responsibility to immediately sign and ratify the KEY to peace and harmony on earth and in space, the Outer Space Security and Development Treaty of 2011.
*IMAGINE the relief and celebration that is going to take place in 2012, when a new history begins with the signing and ratification of this vitally important ban on all space-BASED weapons. IMAGINE that now real healing and happy healthy lives are committed to all over this planet. I MAGINE when the truth is revealed and officially acknowledged that we are not alone in the universes, and that we shall now change the game from an earthbound war consciousness to a higher frequency of Space Age awareness that will allow us to live in peace with each other and in harmony with nature.
*IMAGINE how much the signing into law of this one Treaty will do for our human species and all sacred life. This signing is HUGE step towards our being able to announce, soon, that WARS ARE REALLY OVER. Yes, this is possible. It’s realistic. Do you want it? Then whatever is going on in your life or on the planet is worth every effort you can make to help get this signed into law, and that is what WE are doing.
*Our human evolution into the space frontier is relevant to providing solutions to many urgent and potential problems on our planet. We need a whole new approach! This Treaty is the key to new kinds of jobs and training programs. The research, development and exploration, living, working and traveling into space will provide new kinds of jobs and training programs that will replace those now being applied in wars: new roles for our militaries, corporations, and workers worldwide as we see what is needed to heal all on earth and preserve our environment. We can now build better relationships, including with our space neighbor, from whom we will learn so much. We can grow and distribute organic food, provide shelter wth clean water and air using many sources of alternative energy, enhanced communication and healing techniques - that we will also learn about from our extraterrestrial neighbors. Or, we can allow the weaponization of space to occur, includng more suffering, destruction and further deterioration of our environment.
*The Treaty presents a new opportunity for everyone, no matter what our beliefs or experiences are. The choice is ours. With our support and efforts,. The pre will sign and ratify this Treaty!
*This Treaty is non-confrontational and non-partisan. It is relevant to all cultures on our planet and in the universes, no matter what the belief systems, political or economic structures are.
*This Outer Space Security and Development Treaty of 2011 is ready to be signed into world law. It incorporates the best of previous and proposed relevant Treaties. This Treaty adds the elements and information needed to make it verifiable and enforceable via cooperative and collaborative ventures that are based on the Truth. No debates or re-writes are needed. This Treaty is ready to signed and ratified, and to become world law.
* The intention of our the Plan of Action is for this Treaty to be signed and ratified into world law. The time is NOW, or never!

*Note: This Treaty will not eliminate all weapons, polluting or dangerous technologies based on the earth…nor will this solve all the problems we face, immediately. But, this Treaty will ban ALL space-BASED weapons…which can be done now…the rest to follow. This Treaty is a vital step that is necessary to awakening consciousness to the many feasible alternatives that are and will be made available that will provide unlimited benefits and opportunities for everyone, everyone in every culture on our planet, in every area of concern.

Councillor Tamsin Williams, beginning in banking and finance and with over 20 years experience in various local government and political positions and through her work in Parliamentary campaigns in Great Britain, is Project Consultant to the Outer Space Security and Development Treaty of 2011, formulating a Plan of Action for it to be signed into world law.
Tamsin has also worked as a UFO investigator with London UFO Studies and Cornwall UFO Research Group. She helped establish and run a British MENSA UFO Special Interest Group in the mid-1990s that published a regular newsletter on UFO phenomena and alternative propulsion.

Tamsin has written about and lectured on German Secret Societies and SS research projects, the work of Viktor Schauberger and the alleged work of the Vril mediums, and on Sacred Geometry and Templar Mechanics.
Well known for her work as a key campaign team member and for her work on the strategic complexities of the political process, Tamsin has delivered and produced important policy in a number of issue areas in real terms. For example, she continually works to raise awareness about the ethical investment of public funds held in local government pension plans, including during the campaign to turn Cornwall into a Green Peninsula.

She has published numerous articles on a range of issues, with a particular emphasis on Child Protection Policy, with additional emphasis on the need for more accountability in local, national, and international child welfare social services. One of her most recent works on this subject was published in Local Government First magazine, after devastating cruelty and abuse resulted in the death of an infant, known in the UK as the Baby P Case.

Tamsin is committed to raising awareness of local, national, global, and universal issues including those of chemtrails and other environmental issues, water, security and peace, children needs, and civil liberties. She has campaigned against the ID Card, and against fluoridation of local water supplies.
Tamsin activates and engages citizens so they can and will help transform policies that will remove restrictions on truth and freedom. An advocate of holding all elected representatives accountable within transparent governments, policies, and actions, Tamsin encourages all people to take ownership of their elected bodies and become empowered by voting and by getting involved in local, national, and international campaigns and issues that are important to them.
Tamsin is also a healer and presently works with healers and practitioners on a project focused upon healing the heart chakra of earth, and on clearing residual pain caused by war. She is a past life researcher, trained as a past life regression therapist/healer. She works with a number of practitioners on the integration of past life aspects and soul fragments into the whole being. She works on DNA activation, clearing and healing karma, and the effects of sexual abuse and rape together with other ascension readiness work. Trained as a remote viewer, Tamsin has utilized this skill in healing work since she is able to ‘see’ inside the body.
